Government Account Executive

Job Summary

This role will require an individual with organizational skills, strong time management, and communication capabilities. This person is well connected to do business with the Government of Canada and has the ability to grow our business within this sector. In order to succeed the Government Account Executive has a good understanding of how the Government makes its purchases. The Government Account Executive will become knowledgeable in all aspects of CAREWORX’s managed services business in a rapidly evolving market to drive sales.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a $10 million-dollar line of business into new areas of the Canadian Government
  • Leverage your business development ability to work closely with Shared Service Canada (SSC)
  • Focus on developing key relationships within the Government structure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Position CareWorx/Fully Managed as a one stop shop for everything IT in the Public Sector
  • Data Centre, Security, Networks and Cloud Solutions
  • Achieves agreed sales targets and ensures pipeline growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing Government accounts and growing the business

  • Must have Government Security Clearance

IT Sales Account Executive

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

Job Summary

This hunter role will require an individual with organizational skills, strong time management and communication capabilities. This person is well connected in the London area and can grow our Managed Services Division in the area. To succeed the Account Executive must have ability to sell at the C-level to SMB and mid-enterprises and work with channel partners in co-selling model. The Account Executive will become knowledgeable in all aspects of CareWorx’s managed services business in a rapidly evolving market to drive monthly sales.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Recruit net new customers for CareWorx
  • Take sole responsibility for the achievement of sales targets.
  • Produce forecasts, sales and activity reports and plans and any additional required information on a weekly basis or upon request.
  • Attend tradeshows and events and do presentations as and when required
  • Responsible for hitting your monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Ability to forecast accurately; Must maintain an accurate and complete pipeline in real time in CRM
  • In addition to managing inbound and marketing derived opportunities and calls, make 20-25 cold calls to prospects per day
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
  • Present a well-balanced portfolio of services to sell during initial transaction
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities in the target market to recruit, onboard and develop customers and partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CareWorx’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.
  • Responsible for providing an annual sales plan and forecast, providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan.
  • Ability to adapt to change, including re-adjust if/when a sales tactic or approach is not working.
  • Work to build strategic business relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Coordination with the senior management team on target market and new customer acquisition strategies for the company.

The role of our Business Development Representative is to provide support to the sales and marketing teams in the ongoing development and reach out to new qualified sales leads. As a BDR you are the starting point for making customers raving fans of our Managed IT Support Service.

Some might consider thus an entry level position, but we consider it a critical part of the sales engine. This is a very important role in our sales process and we are looking for people with the right DNA. You will be making calls daily to local business and positioning the value of our IT Services and to be a superstar you’ll need to be passionate and eager to get appointments. Of course, it is also a great way to get valuable sales experience and learn the skills required to grow within our team.
We’re looking for a candidate that is a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality is key, and the drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Description of Responsibilities

  • 60-80 calls per day consistently into target accounts
  • Must be able to prospect daily for new opportunities
  • Schedule approximately 3-7 appointments per week for Account Executives
  • Follow up with inbound leads to assure satisfaction and respond to queries
  • Quickly identify opportunities through proper qualifying and analyzing customer needs
  • Drive attendance to webinars and events

Account Manager (London, ON)

Job Summary

Deliver against agreed account sales and retention targets for all assigned customers. Utilize client database and proactively contact existing customers to ensure clients are retained through understanding the customer’s individual requirements and positioning & cross selling the Company’s product range. Experience & Education

  • Preferred College or university level study in Business, Economics or Applied Studies
  • 2-5 Years relevant & demonstrable solution sales experience
  • Deep understanding of IT & technology within an SMB environment
  • Knowledge of Managed IT Services, Security, or Data Protection
  • Familiar with Network Monitoring and Management functionality
  • Experience using technology within the workplace – proficient using Microsoft office & related applications
